New York’s Times Square Puts the Spotlight on Stress Relief

New York City, NY – StressXpert and Board Certified Massage Therapist, Sara Nakamura’s Book, “Stressed Out and Don’t Know What to Do?” hit the infamous Times Square Billboard in NYC this past week, giving New Yorkers simple stress relief solutions to their busy lives.

Nakamura was accompanied by friends, family, and a group of authors who came together to celebrate Nakamura’s feature. While in New York, Nakamura held two pop-up book signings, giving NYC quick and easy stress relief solutions, and concluded the experience by getting her book featured on Fox News Saturday Night in an impromptu interview along with her media mentor, Angel Tuccy.  The entire group was in New York for 3 days, including touring the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, seeing a Broadway Show, and hanging out in the Rockefeller Center Plaza during a live stream of The Today Show.

Nakamura’s current book tour has included Nevada, California, Texas, and New York, and is headed to Arizona and Hawaii later this year. “Being a stress relief expert isn’t just all about work; we need a bit of balance, too,” explained Sara. “That’s why my spouse, mom, and aunt came with me to explore the city.”
