Molly Campbell’s Compelling ‘Finding Empowerment in Grief  & Loss’ Releases on Amazon on February 2nd

Brighton, CO – Molly Campbell has been passionate about increasing self-esteem for people through coaching for many years but never more so than when she was suddenly widowed on the verge of the COVID pandemic. In the solitude that followed, Campbell turned to intense introspection, journaling about her feelings and experiences in deep grief.

Campbell wrote and refined the journaling process that helped her survive her own grief and loss and turned it into a resource to help others. On February 2nd, Campbell is releasing her first book, ‘Finding Empowerment in Grief  & Loss’. Campbell offers others their own guided journaling journey allowing them to find their unique path beyond the pain of loss towards hope. She is currently expanding her work through a series called Own Your Self-Esteem©.

Anyone who has ever lost a loved one, a significant other, a parent, a child, a sibling, another family member, a relationship, a dear friend or heart animal, or lost your marriage through a divorce understands that your grief may be overwhelming at times. You may be looking for some way to live and, at the same time, honor your grieving process. You may feel like your self-esteem is diminished or gone. You might not feel like raising your hand, much less your self-esteem. The journaling journey will allow you to look at different possibilities for how to emerge. The perspective gained will help you define some basic truths in your own widow experience.

‘Finding Empowerment in Grief & Loss is a journaling journey for widows, widowers, or anyone experiencing a significant loss. The book is available on Amazon on February 2nd, 2022, at https://amzn.to/3G7lfId
