A Heartfelt Collaboration: Sara Nakamura’s New Book Honors Kat Mullin’s Legacy

Las Vegas, NV – StressXpert Sara Nakamura proudly announces the release of “Self-Awareness in Communication,” her most recent publication that achieved #1 on Amazon’s Top New Releases. This heartfelt project, deeply rooted in friendship and shared values, is dedicated to the late Kat Mullin. All proceeds from the book will benefit Mullins’ three children, who tragically lost both their parents on the same fateful evening.

Nakamura’s and Mullin’s  journey began as NLP and Hypnotherapy Master Practitioners, quickly bonding over their shared experiences in holistic healing, massage therapy, Reiki, and a commitment to empathic mentoring. Together, they made a pact to write and publish their first books side by side: Kat’s “Raising Badass Humans” and Sara’s “Stressed Out and Don’t Know What to Do?” — to show that soft-spoken mentors can have loud voices. Kat’s exceptional ability to connect deeply with people led her first book, “Raising Badass Humans,” to become a bestseller, empowering parents to break free from generational patterns and raise empowered, resilient individuals.

“Self-Awareness in Communication” was nearly complete before Kat’s untimely passing. This book, a culmination of linguistic principlessimplified and taught  by Sara and Kat, aims to help individuals build stronger self-awareness and healthier relationships through effective communication. In honor of Kat, Sara has taken up the torch to complete and release this work, ensuring Kat’s teachings continue to inspire and guide others. Kat’s voice is amplified further through this work, as it has become her legacy, offering keys that may have even helped to prevent the tragic loss of both Kat and her husband.

Sara collaborated with Dr. Karen Kramer, a grief expert and one of Kat’s mentors, to enhance the book with bonus material focused on healthy grief and stress relief. This provides readers with tools to cultivate healthier relationships and prevent misunderstandings. “In today’s world, where stressful times and unhealthy, toxic communication are all too common, we have the antidote,” says Sara. Her coaching on stress detox and tackling toxic relationships are woven throughout the book, offering practical strategies to break the stress cycle and create balanced, fulfilling lives.

“Our world is more divided than ever,” says Sara Nakamura. “Now is the time to communicate with a grounded, intentional voice, to teach compassion and self-discovery to ourselves and the children of the future, and to build a future where understanding and connection prevail. The release of ‘Self-Awareness in Communication’ is more than just fulfilling a promise between friends; it is a call to action for me. Kat’s vision lives on through this book, and it’s my honor to carry her torch and share these essential keys with the world.”

The book not only reflects Kat’s vision but also integrates the wisdom and principles she and Sara shared through their mutual training. These keys to a healthy lifestyle are at the heart of Sara’s teachings, providing readers with practical tools to reduce conflicts, build understanding, and foster deeper connections in both personal and professional relationships.

“Kat and I were also contributing authors to a leadership book shortly before her passing,” adds Sara Nakamura. “Our work together has always been about helping others discover their voice, overcome challenges, and build a life of meaning and connection. With ‘Self-Awareness in Communication,’ my hope is to light the way for others to do the same.”

Nakamura is inviting the public to honor Kat’s legacy and support her children by embracing self-awareness and healthier communication at FreeGiftFromSara.com/Kat.

“If it could save a relationship , create a connection, seal a big deal, or prevent a tragic event, this legacy has been worth the emotional roller coaster to get this book to see the light.”
