The Global Resilience Project Announces Call for Contributions For The Global Resilience Project Book 2

British Colombia, Canada – The Global Resilience Project (The GRP) is a collection of stories of resilience from around the world. Telling your story can be a powerful part of your healing journey, and they created a safe space for people to share, read and listen to stories of resilience.

Once you have bounced forward from a challenging experience, sharing your story can be a healing tool. When going through a tough time, it’s helpful to read other people’s stories because they can inspire you to move through your challenge and feel less alone.

Both sharing your story and learning about other people’s stories can help you become more resilient.

The GRP is empowering the world to strengthen their resilience muscles and heal through their books, online community, the Radical Resilience podcast, and by sharing our message with everyone who will listen. “It’s okay not to be okay, and remember that you are not alone,” said Kaplan Venables. “We are here for you, and you are resilient!”

The Global Resilience Project is inviting authors to share their stories of resilience with the world. Stories will be published in their 2023 book and shared online, on social media, and with our community. The benefits of becoming a contributor include the following:

  1. To help others be resilient – sharing your story may help you heal further. Your story might help someone who is going through a similar challenge to navigate their way through it.
  2. To become a published author – have you ever dreamed of writing a book or becoming a published author? Being a coauthor is a great way to get your inspirational words and name out into the world. This is a great experience to see if this is a path you want to explore further while watching Blair + Alana build out their book.
  3. To be a part of a global movement – what started as a legacy project has become a global movement. With story submissions from around the world, we have a worldwide reach of empowerment and inspiration. All it takes is one person who needs to hear your story to make a difference. What if your story could change the trajectory of someone else’s life? The GRP team not only sells their books around the world, but they are on stages and screens and podcasts globally, too.
  4. Other phenomenal bonuses – you will receive two copies of The Global Resilience Project Book 2, a printed PDF of your beautifully designed story, a spot on the Radical Resilience Podcast, membership to The GRP Coauthor Collective, monthly calls, ongoing training, social media graphics with PR materials to support the book and launch plus more.
  5. To help give back – a portion of the proceeds of the book sales go to helping various organizations and groups around the world.
